I wondered if the brain tumor headache, feeling generally better relicining (horizontal) or upright, as I had a constant headache and palpitations for a week or so it feels better when he's lying. Can someone help me please? I've been going crazy since I got these headaches.

I would not worry about your headaches - headaches are rarely the only symptom of a tumor, even though every day. Eeyesight problems, seizures and personality changes are.
